Terms of Service

What you can expect from RyanPlugins, and what we expect from you.

Last updated 28 September 2026.

1. Who these terms are between

These terms are an agreement between you — the person or business using the service, called “you” or “the merchant” — and Ryan Tipones, trading as RyanPlugins, a sole proprietor based in the Philippines.

Notices under these terms may be sent by email to [email protected], and we will send ours to the address on your account. A postal address for formal notices is available on request.

Using the dashboard, the builders, the connector plugin or any app they produce means you accept these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you are confirming you may bind it.

2. What the service is

RyanPlugins builds branded mobile and web applications for an existing WooCommerce store. You connect a store, choose how the app should look, and we compile it. The app talks to a connector plugin installed on your own site; your products, orders, customers and payments stay on your infrastructure and never move to ours.

We also take commissioned work — redesigns, integrations and custom features — quoted separately. Section 8 covers that.

3. Your account

Accounts are created with an emailed sign-in code, and can be linked to Patreon. You are responsible for the security of the mailbox that receives those codes: anyone who can read it can sign in as you.

One person or business per account. Tell us at [email protected] if you believe someone else has reached your account.

4. Plans and payment

Plans are sold and billed through Patreon, not by us directly. Your plan is whatever your Patreon membership entitles you to, re-checked each time you sign in with Patreon. An account with no active membership stays on the free tier, which can sign in but cannot connect a store.

Because Patreon takes the payment, it also handles cancellation, payment methods, receipts and refunds under Patreon’s own terms. We cannot refund a Patreon charge. Cancelling a membership there ends the plan here at the point Patreon stops reporting it as active; you keep anything already built and downloaded.

Plan limits — how many stores, how many builds a day — are shown in the dashboard and may change. If a change reduces what your existing plan includes, we will say so before it takes effect.

5. The apps you build

Apps built for your store are yours. You own the branding you upload and the content they display, and you may publish them under your own developer accounts.

The underlying templates, the connector plugin, the builders and the platform remain ours. You get a licence to use them for your own stores for as long as your plan is active; you may not resell, sublicense or redistribute them as a product of your own. Agency plans include the source for your own stores under the same limits.

Publishing is yours to do and yours to answer for: Apple and Google developer accounts, their fees, their review decisions, the store listing, and any privacy policy or disclosure those stores require of your app. We prepare a build; we do not submit it and cannot guarantee it will be accepted.

6. Signing keys

Android apps must be signed. Where you have not supplied your own key, we generate an upload key for your store and keep it encrypted so that later builds can be signed with the same one. You can download it at any time from the dashboard, and we recommend you do.

A published app is permanently tied to its signing key. Google Play will not accept an update signed with a different one. Keep your own copy of the key and its passwords somewhere safe and separate. If you publish without a backup and the key later becomes unavailable, recovering the ability to update that listing may be impossible, and is outside our control.

If you upload your own key, you are responsible for it being correct and for keeping the original. We store what you give us; we cannot reconstruct it.

7. What you must not do

Do not use the service to break the law, to infringe someone else’s rights, or to sell anything you are not permitted to sell. Do not upload branding you have no right to use. Do not attempt to reach another merchant’s account, store or data. Do not resell the platform itself as your own product.

We may suspend an account that is doing any of these, or that is placing a load on the build system that prevents others using it.

8. Commissioned work

A quote request is not an order and a quote is not a contract. Work begins when you accept a quote in writing and the first payment has cleared. Until then either side can walk away at no cost.

Unless the quote says otherwise: projects under $2,000 are paid 50% before work starts and 50% before final delivery; projects at $2,000 and above are paid 40% before work starts, 40% at an agreed development milestone and 20% on delivery. Deposits cover work already scheduled and are non-refundable once work has begun.

A quote covers what it lists and nothing else. Third-party fees — developer accounts, payment processors, hosting, domains, paid APIs and licences — are yours and are not included unless stated. Anything you ask for beyond the agreed scope is quoted separately before it is built.

On final payment, the custom work produced for you becomes yours. Anything of ours it was built on — the templates, the connector, our existing libraries — stays ours and is licensed to you as in section 5.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the service running and do not promise it always will be. Builds depend on Apple, Google, Flutter and Patreon, none of which we control, and a change at any of them can break a build until we adapt to it.

Finished builds are kept for a limited period, shown in the dashboard against each build, and then deleted. Download anything you want to keep.

10. Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, lost data, or losses arising from a store rejecting or removing your app.

Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Ending it

You can stop at any time by cancelling on Patreon and asking us to delete your account. We may end an account for a serious or repeated breach of section 7, and will say why unless the law prevents it.

On deletion we remove your account, stores, builds and signing keys. Deleted signing keys cannot be recovered — take your copy first. We keep what the law requires us to keep, and the Privacy Policy explains for how long.

12. Changes

We may change these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in the dashboard before they take effect, and the date at the top will change. Continuing to use the service after that means accepting the new version.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and the courts of the Philippines have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

This applies wherever you are. You are welcome to use the service from any country; the agreement itself is still read under Philippine law.

Questions about any of this go to [email protected].
