How it goes live

Each build is a .zip of plain HTML, JavaScript and CSS. There is no server to run: unpack it anywhere that serves static files, such as your own web host, a CDN, or a subdomain or subfolder of your store. Once it is served over HTTPS, visitors can install it.

It reads your products, prices and stock live through the RyanPlugins Connector, and the home screen you design in the dashboard reaches shoppers the next time they open it, without a rebuild.

Which plans include it

The web app comes with the Pro ($39 a month) and Agency ($399 a month) plans, alongside the Android apps. Agency plans can also download the complete Next.js project to host and extend themselves.

What is an installable web app?

A website that shoppers can add to their phone's home screen, where it opens full screen like an app. On Android, the browser offers to install it; on iPhone, it is added from Safari's Share menu. There is no app store and no review.

Where does the web app live?

Wherever you put it. Each build is a .zip of plain HTML, JavaScript and CSS, with no server to run. Unpack it on your own web host, a CDN, or a subdomain or subfolder of your store, and serve it over HTTPS.

Do I need a developer account?

No. The web app installs straight from your own domain, so there is no Apple or Google account, fee or review involved.

Does it stay in sync with my store?

Yes. Products, prices and stock come live from WooCommerce through the connector, and orders are placed in your store as normal WooCommerce orders. You only rebuild to change the app's name, icon or colour.
